Our beginner series is a great way to start your yoga practice. This 4 week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment.
What will the student learn:
Yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The beginners series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility.
This series is lead by Nicole Dryden.
Week 1: Breath, Movement, & Sun Salutations
Week 2: Sun Salutations A & B
Week 3: Warrior Series
Week 4: Balancing and Seated Poses, connect the breath with movement and flow.
This series is geared toward brand new beginners and is also great for those who are looking to freshen up on or get another perspective on the basics.
We HIGHLY recommend our students to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins, Class will start on time.
Dates and Time:
Tuesdays in February: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 6:30-7:45 pm
Price: $55.00 for all 4 classes. Classes cannot be split.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be issued 14 days prior to the start date. Within the 14 days NO REFUND or credits will be issued but the series can be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. No refunds or credits issued for single sessions missed.
