Back by popular demand! Join guest teacher Lori Walker for a special class that includes supported restorative poses and pranayama (regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises), muscle relaxation, and guided meditation. We’ll also use props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) to help promote maximum relaxation and release.
Your breath is one of the most powerful healing resources available to you. When you learn how to harness the breath, you can help balance your nervous system. The benefits can include reduced anxiety and stress, better sleep, better immune system function, and more!
Lori Walker lives in Jackson, Ohio and has practiced yoga for the past 17 years. She completed her Pranayama Teacher Training at Yoga on High in Columbus, OH in 2015. She is also trained to use essential oils and Yoga Nidra and will incorporate those modalities into this special class.
