“Movement & Mojitos!” We are having a fun movement workshop/social event at the Speakeasy on July 13th, from 1pm to 3pm. It will be about 30-40 minutes of mindful movement, for shoulders, back, and hips, led by Marci Hedderson-Carroll of Geode Yoga + Fitness. Followed by some drinks! All on the patio!
