UPDATE: Blue Steel, a local rock band, will be playing at the last Party in the Parks event! (Last Tuesday in June.) And our GRAND PRIZE this year will be a 65″ flat screen television! Hey, guys!

It’s almost time for HER Realtors, The McNerlin Network Team’s second annual Party in the Parks! Yay!

This year will be a little different in a few ways. First, we’ve decided to extend the hours. Last year, we held each party between 5PM and 7PM on every Tuesday, weather permitting. This year, we’re going to hold it from 4PM to 8PM! It’s still going to be every Tuesday (as long as we don’t get rained out).

In the event of inclement weather, we will move the party to the next day (Wednesday).

We will also be keeping our parties limited to Yoctangee Park. Last year, we moved it each week to a different park, but we think that Yoctangee was the best out of all of them. It was great for traffic and is one of the only parks big enough for our growing event!

Instead of doing it over the course of eight weeks, we will be doing Party in the Parks during the entire month of June. So, the schedule as it is now is:

Tuesday, June 4 4PM – 8PM
Tuesday, June 11 4PM – 8PM
Tuesday, June 18 4PM – 8PM
Tuesday, June 25 4PM – 8PM

Mindy Barry from WYRO 98.7 Classic Rock will be MCing the event again this year, too! For people coming out to party, this means you’ll be getting some free rock and roll when you visit us!

And for our vendors: As always, our vendors will get a chance to speak live on air to promote their business! The grand prize this year is a large flat screen television!

(Hint: The more parties you attend, the better your chance of winning, since you have your name in the drawing more times. The winner of last year’s cruise attended all four events!)

Vendors will be doing individual giveaways at each Party in the Parks, too! So look forward to winning some great prizes at every party!
