Someone is going to win $4000, $2000 and $1000 at the Elks Lodge in Chillicothe on September 29th! You do not need to be present to win any of the reverse raffle cash with a purse of over $8000. Catered by Spaghetti Warehouse your choice of either spaghetti with meatballs or lasagna and a side salad. Door prizes including $300 Menards gift certificate, cash bar, OSU vs PSU on hd projector at 8pm. Doors open at 5, dinner at 6 and the drawing at 7.
