This workshop will include:
​-Simple practices that have been done for thousands of years to help reduce anxiety, stress, and suffering
– Yoga wisdom on how to cultivate awareness to transform anxiety
– How to take care of yourself when anxiety is ‘getting the better of you’
– Breathing practices that you can use to create resiliency to manage anxiety
– A simple meditation practice to transform anxiety and make you stronger!

Cost: $30/person
**A portion of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Trauma and Resiliency Resources, Inc. which offers Warrior Camp, a 7 day residential treatment program that is FREE to active-duty military and veterans of all eras, regardless of discharge status.
