Teacher biography:
Yoga has been a part of Michelle’s daily life and inspiration since 1997. In 2003, because of the connected and peaceful feeling she felt after each practice, she decided it was selfish to not share this with the world. She set out to make it part of her life’s work to teach others the beauty and wonder that a living yoga practice has brought her. She received her200 hour yoga training from Clayton Horton at Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco, CA. Since then, her teachings have turned in the direction of the Therapeutic Wisdom of Yoga. Her current main teachers are Doug Keller, Richard Miller and Ray Long. She is a certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She holds a 500-hour RYT and an E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, as well as YACEP certification, allowing her to offer continuing education to other teachers.
