New to yoga? Or do you want to return to the basics? Strip away intimidation and learn the fundamental elements of yoga asana (the physical postures, also called poses) in this special 3-class series. Join us to learn proper alignment with some basic yoga postures. We’ll practice beginning breathing techniques (pranayama) and discuss the importance of breath and coordination of your breath with movement. You’ll learn how to use our props (strap, block, blanket, and bolster) as well as other modifications so that you can get maximum benefit from each posture. Finish this series and feel confident and excited to join your next yoga class! Cost is $45 per person for the series.
