The Buck Fifty, Southern Ohio’s premier 150 mile relay, is moving the start/finish line into downtown Chillicothe. Race director, Dave Huggins, states: “I think this will be a total game changer for our race! We don’t look at this as a one-time thing but more of a long-term plan for the race.”
The organizers are requesting special offers, messages, or dining plans for the racers while they visit downtown, and perhaps plan a return visit! “Let’s make the Buck Fifty a total celebration of our community”, says Huggins. “I believe The Buck Fifty belongs to Ross County’s Community, and this event is a showcase of HOPE for who we are and who we can be”.
